The publisher or author mails hardcopy manuscript to our USA office or softcopy manuscript to us by email
(info@caeDhaka.com). We scan the pages of the hardcopy manuscript and make the documents available
to our system
as image files.
We do all typesetting, preliminary proofreading, chapterization, and preliminary document design.
We send the first version pdf and ps directly to the publisher/author for review.
At the same time, we make a comprehensive list of copyediting suggestions in an excel sheet. The suggestions are also
attached in the pdf file as virtual yellow stickers for your convenience.
You send your comment on typesetting, chapterization, document design, and copyediting.
We update the documents as per your suggestions and send the updated pdf and ps documents to you for your further
review.
You suggest changes and we update the document again.
We work on the document until you are satisfied.

We asses the amount of work and give a price quote.
If you accept, we make an agreement between the two companies.
You need to give at least 10% of the settled price as retainer to start the work. Then you pay at stages based on the
agreement. The terms of payment is flexible for repeat customer.
